The process

Kickoff to production in 2–4 weeks

A proven integration process with no long IT projects and no disruption to your daily operations.

01

ERP Audit

We review your ERP setup, data model and API access. We map exactly which fields, price lists and warehouses the portal needs.

02

Integration Setup

We connect to your ERP via API or direct database link. Sync rules, field mappings and update frequency are configured to match your workflow.

03

Portal & Testing

The B2B portal goes live in a staging environment. You and your team test ordering, pricing and stock accuracy before any client touches it.

04

Go Live

We switch to production, invite your first clients and monitor the integration. Ongoing support included.

Why it matters

What your team actually gains

Real-time stock — always accurate

Clients see live warehouse availability. No more overselling, no more "sorry, that's out of stock" calls after an order is placed.

Zero manual re-keying

Orders placed in the portal are created directly in your ERP. Your team stops copy-pasting and starts focusing on growth.

Faster order cycle

Clients order 24/7 with their own login, see their prices and submit in minutes. Your sales cycle compresses from days to hours.

One source of truth

ERP is the master. Portal always reflects it. No outdated price PDFs, no stale Excel catalogs sent by email.

FAQ

Common questions about ERP integration

Which ERP systems do you support?
We integrate with Subiekt GT / nexo (InsERT), Comarch Optima, enova365, and SAP Business One. If you use a different ERP with a REST API or database access, we can evaluate integration feasibility on a call.
Does the integration require changes to our ERP installation?
Usually no. We connect via the ERP's existing API (SFERA, InsERT API, Service Layer) or a read/write database connector. No ERP modifications are needed in most cases.
How often does stock and pricing sync?
By default, stock syncs every 5 minutes and prices sync on login and on page load. We can configure real-time webhooks for ERPs that support them.
What happens if the ERP is temporarily offline?
The portal displays the last cached values and clearly marks availability as "estimated". Orders can still be placed; they queue and sync once the ERP connection is restored.
How long does the integration take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from the first call to production. The timeline depends on ERP complexity, the number of price lists, and your IT team's availability for access setup.
