AI agents that book your KSeF invoices automatically

AI agents that read incoming documents — from KSeF, email, and your bank — propose the bookings and reconciliations, and always wait for your approval. Integrated with enova365, Comarch Optima, Symfonia, wFirma, and Fakturownia. Built, hosted, and maintained by me.

Who it's for

For accounting offices

One agent serves many clients: it pulls each client's invoices from KSeF, pre-books them in your systems, and reconciles their statements — margin recovered without hiring.

For in-house finance teams

Your accountant stops re-keying and starts approving: documents arrive booked as drafts, and the bank is matched before the workday starts.

Agents for the work that eats an accounting day

Each agent owns one job end to end — and never posts anything to the books without a human sign-off. Start with the document flow that hurts most, prove it pays off, then add the next.

KSeF · Email · ERP

Document-Intake Agent

Collects invoices, receipts, and expenses from email, scans, and KSeF, classifies them, extracts the data, and saves them as drafts in your accounting system — ready for one-click approval.

Bank (MT940/PSD2) · ERP

Reconciliation Agent

Matches bank statements against invoices and open items every morning. Anything it cannot match with certainty lands in an exception queue for a human — it never guesses silently.

KSeF API 2.0 · ERP/SaaS

KSeF Workflow Agent

Pulls purchase invoices from the KSeF 2.0 API, routes them through your approval flow, and registers them in enova365, Optima, Symfonia, or wFirma — with a full audit trail.

Email · enova365

Order-Intake Agent

Turns emailed PDF and Excel orders into draft orders in enova365 via Soneta WebAPI — already running in production for wholesale.

Beyond accounting: adjacent back-office agents

The same document-and-integration muscle that books your invoices extends to the neighbouring work that still lands on the finance desk. Start with accounting; add these when the first agent has paid for itself.

    Order-Intake Agent

Turns emailed PDF and Excel orders into draft orders in enova365 via Soneta WebAPI — the same extract-and-draft flow, pointed at sales orders instead of invoices. Already running in production for a wholesale client.

    Document-Workflow Agent

Classifies, extracts, and routes the non-invoice documents that still clog the back office — purchase contracts, delivery notes, expense claims — for approval and registration. Scoped per pilot on your real documents.

How an agent gets built

1

Scope the flow

We pick one document flow worth handing off — incoming invoices, bank reconciliation, or order intake — and define exactly what 'done' looks like.

2

Build & train

I build the agent on your real documents and your chart of accounts — your booking schemes, your VAT registers, your exceptions.

3

Connect your systems

It plugs into what you already run: KSeF, enova365, Comarch Optima, Symfonia, wFirma, Fakturownia, and your bank feed.

4

It runs — you approve

The agent prepares drafts and reconciliations on its own and logs every action. Nothing is posted to the books without a human sign-off.

Documents are my day job, not a demo.

Every agent I sell does real work already — in my own business or a client's. Not a prototype from a slide.

  • I'm CTO of dodocs.ai, a document-AI company — extracting data from invoices and business documents is what I build every day.
  • A wholesale order-intake agent already runs in production, writing draft orders into a Polish ERP (enova365) via Soneta WebAPI.
  • I host and maintain the whole stack, so you don't need an AI team to keep it running.

What you get

  • A working agent trained on your documents and booking rules — not a generic OCR tool
  • Connected to your real systems: KSeF, ERP (enova365, Optima, Symfonia), your bank, or wFirma/Fakturownia
  • Human approval built in: drafts and exception queues — the agent never posts to the books on its own
  • A full audit log — you see every document, every match, every action
  • RODO-compliant setup: EU hosting, a data-processing agreement, least-privilege API access
  • A short handover so your team — or your clients — know how to work with it

Questions before you start

Will the agent replace my accountant — or my team at the accounting office?

No. It takes over the re-keying, matching, and deadline-chasing; your people keep the judgment, the tax decisions, and the client relationships. Every entry still gets a human approval.

What happens with a document the agent isn't sure about?

It never guesses. Low-confidence extractions and unmatched payments land in an exception queue with the source document attached, and a human decides. That rule is hard-wired.

Which systems does it integrate with?

KSeF (API 2.0), enova365, Comarch Optima, Symfonia, wFirma, Fakturownia, and bank statements via MT940 or PSD2 feeds. Other systems with an API can usually be added during the pilot.

How does KSeF intake work now that it's mandatory?

Since 2026 every VAT invoice lands in KSeF. The agent pulls your purchase invoices from the KSeF API the moment they appear — nothing depends on suppliers emailing PDFs — and books them as drafts in your system.

Where does my data live? What about RODO?

EU hosting, a data-processing agreement, and least-privilege credentials. The agent only touches what a task needs, and I can run it on infrastructure you control.

Something else in mind?

Customer-service bots, sales agents, internal knowledge assistants — I build those too, but only as bespoke work for an existing engagement, not off a menu.

Custom AI development, scoped and quoted per project — not a packaged product.
