Solution
We built an AI-powered order triage system that automatically classifies incoming order exceptions, applies rule-based resolution for straightforward cases, and routes complex cases to the appropriate team member with a pre-populated resolution suggestion. The system integrates with their existing WooCommerce store and warehouse management system.
