A financial advisory firm was producing monthly performance reports for 40+ client portfolios. Each report required a consultant to manually compile data from multiple sources, write narrative commentary, and format the final document — taking 8+ hours per month and creating inconsistent quality across reports.
Solution
We built an LLM-powered report generation system that automatically pulls performance data from their portfolio management system, generates structured narrative commentary using a fine-tuned prompt architecture, and produces a formatted report document. Consultants review and sign off on AI-drafted reports in a fraction of the original time.
